Collaborative atmosphere and encouraging culture

Well organized and monthly town halls keep everyone informed of company status. Team lunches and holiday celebrations are a great way to build on our relationships.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone gets lost in the day and we aren't improving. Nobody will take the initiative to push back on what isn't working for fear of repercussions. Collaboration and transparency are the mantra but really it's WIFM and how do I get by.
