They are very friendly and good to teach new joiners like me

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Like most rapid growth companies the problem lies in the acceptance of change. You cannot continually do the same things over and over and expect a different result. Embrace the change don't just talk about it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Joining bonus and the CTC
Everything, i am being paid fairly
The ability to participate in the success a fast-moving company.
Base salary + commission is very fair and options have potential to be worth a lot in the future.

They are very friendly and cool
Productive, intelligent, less politics than other places.
We are a true family.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone gets lost in the day and we aren't improving. Nobody will take the initiative to push back on what isn't working for fear of repercussions. Collaboration and transparency are the mantra but really it's WIFM and how do I get by.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They make employees feel happy
That everyone is trying towards a unified open environment.

Get to meet a variety of people.
The opportunity to meet with leaders of the firm.
Presenting to the management team
Presenting/pitching to the my future managers.
Met with my manager but also got to speak with top executives and ask them questions about why I should work here.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's already improved quite a bit. Used to be a bit more ad hoc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The multiple culture environment and the friendly leadership
Feeling accomplished that my work went towards a larger goal.
The sense that we are creating something very special and that I have an impact in the success of the firm.
