Terrible. No employer loyalty, therefore no employee loyalty. No human capital development. Typical profit over people attitude.
The upper management at Pacificorp need to raise their pay scales comparable to Nevada Power which Berkshire owns. The cost of living in Utah is just as high (or higher) than Las Vegas but the wages are un-conscionably and substantially lower. Thus they struggle to hire qualified employees.

Worse company ever. Outages and power surges all the time. Company doesn’t take responsibility for the chaos they caus
