Middle management is more likely to understand and listen to you when issues arise. Tries to see both sides
Monthly meetings, allows feedback but treated like a child in elementary school when responded to.

Inconsistent policies and not allowing work life balance.
After over a decade I'm still at the low end of the range for my grade. Constantly overlooked for promotion to lead senior. When approaching manager about it, basically get told "I'm working on it" with no meaningful freeback. Medical/Dental benefits are very expensive as compared to other employers
Again, profit and minimizing expense is the only goal. Regional pay scales for skilled journeymen positions should be comparable. They are constantly working towards eliminating the union representation and diluting the skilled trades to non-apprenticeship on site training. Understaffed.
No opportunities for advancement, no regard for employees well-being
Awesome team but the company morale is low.
Strong communication within teams when asking for guidance. A good learning experience when tackling such issues.
We are constantly under staffed as Management thinks that paying overtime for coverage saves them money. Then they hire un-qualified people because they are the only ones that will take the massive pay cut to come to Utah. My co-workers are very good to work with.
accountability, care and regard for others
Working with other employees on shift.
working from home and a few good coworkers
very pleasant and friendly environment
Offer work Life balance allow hybrid schedules or full remote work arrangements on work metrics of individuals not punishing all.
Stabilize leadership for consistency. Train project managers to understand projects better and reduce micromanagement. Reconsider RTO for flexibility, building on effective pre-COVID WFH. Improve office conditions to create a more modern, positive workspace.
A better attunement to employee needs, such as hybrid work and better office environment, including surrounding environs
Easy and friendly, fast hire.
At the time I was hired the company and management were completely different people and entities.
Listening, transparency about what the position actually is and not spewing a job description written a decade ago

What the company says in public is the opposite of what happens on the ground. They claim and are required by law to a reliable, reasonably priced electricity as a regulated monopoly. The reality of the production level is no maintenance, no replacement of equipment until failure. No reliability
it is not a learning organization. Employees are not empowered. Toxic culture.
