So many things about this company are cheap. They're looking to cut costs and/or cut back all over the place.
Align across the leadership team and across all departments on priorities. Instead we pretend to have alignment but get torn apart when we're spending time on what is (supposedly) a company priority.
Coworkers are helpful and fun. One of the best things about Pampered Chef are the people I get to work with. It's sad that a frequent topic is how unhappy we all are and how folks are looking for other opportunities.
