What do you like best about the leadership team?
The PC leadership team works thoughtfully and thoroughly to supoort each job function.
They want to see EVERYONE succeed. No one is there just for themselves. We are truly a family, and we have the best training available.
They are very approachable and caring people with a vision for everyone to be the best they can be & they give us tools to succeed.
They are so supportive! They offer the tools and training needed to be successful, and are always available when assistance is needed.
Theres always trainings, and everyone above me even if in different organizations is willing to help and give advice.

Actually helping you with starting your business instead of just getting you to watch videos.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible Paid Time Off and comparable salary.
The amazing vacations and all the free products!
i get to choose when I want a Pay Raise
All the products that we can earn free and earning the free trips its amazing!
I can earn most incentives with my own business. I dont meed a team to eatn bonus's, free product, trips etc. but of course those help too!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not an undervalue. I earn my pay from sales and recruiting. But when the products become stale and/or boring and there is nothing new and exciting being generated from above, it makes it harder to earn more money. Look at the new product images today (5/16/22) the pictures are amateur.

So many things about this company are cheap. They're looking to cut costs and/or cut back all over the place.

We have access to the best training, there's always someone to turn to for help, and the support. So much support
It's truly a collaborative effort
We all help each other.
Everyone is pretty close, we are excited to see each other. Trips ate great because everyone is an equal

Less red tape and less meaningless meetings.
Make them interesting and showcase products and recipes.

Everything about the company is great.
It's positive, and always growing and changing!
You can get multiple opinions or ideas when needed. There are so many sources to check out when looking for something new or to better understand something you are tryinh to figure out.

We always seek to measure, test, learn, and improve. We challenge the status quo to make things better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Align across the leadership team and across all departments on priorities. Instead we pretend to have alignment but get torn apart when we're spending time on what is (supposedly) a company priority.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There is no interview. You decide if you want to work here, then you get back what you put in.
They really care about your experience and your past and your future goals!
