If you don't know, say so. The worst thing you can ever do at Panduit is try to fudge your way through or around something. It's always been that way, and still is. There are very good, smart people here who are willing to help you get up to speed and learn -- just don't fake it. Our founder was famous for telling people he'd rather hear "I don't know" or "what I did didn't work" because that puts you closer to solving the problem at hand.
