Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable and willing to listen. They really work to do what is best for the company and the people.
The leadership team has significantly over the past several years. The new CEO and his team have made huge changes in the level of transparency, openness to innovative work/life practices, communicating strategy, etc. Engagement has improved greatly over the last 5 years.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have vacations one dat per working month
The company profit sharing a great feature for the employees and it goes straight to your 401k so you pay no taxes on it.
The benefits and the profit-sharing.
We have generous vacation and days off.
Great benefits, competitive 401k with matching, annual profit sharing contribution. The benefits are getting better as the leadership and culture change -- now start with 3 weeks vacation, volunteer time off, casual work attire, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open to help and listen
Each are knowledgeable and have talent.
Great people to work with. Again, more change here -- we are moving from a very highly-tenured employee population and are doing a lot to attract top talent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work towards common goals.
The change to a culture focused on accountability and a more transparent communication style top-down has been great. There are a lot of talented and very smart people here, and it's great to learn from them. Also, it is not at all uncommon for people to have 2-3 different careers at Panduit.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

You interview with many people to see if there is a good fit
I like the openness about the legacy and culture as well as ensuring a good cultural fit.

Problem solving, customer opportunities, new products, sales
I like seeing customer buying and using Panduit products.

we have a Positive environment
We are innovating in ways that many Silicon Valley companies have a hard time keeping up with. I love that I can be a part of that here in the heart of the midwest.
