
Everyone starts with at least 3 weeks PTO, plus they can take up to another week unpaid. 1 week can carry over into the next year and people can go negative up to 1 week in a given year. After 5 years, everyone receives an additional base week. Mid-level hires generally start with 4 weeks and add 1 more at 5 years. There is an additional sabbatical program for management level employees who have 5 years with the firm. People can also donate up to 40 hours per year for employees with special needs for PTO which is needed from time to time.
3 to 4 weeks upon hire depending on level. Anyone can purchase 1 extra week or go in deficit 1 week. 1 week carries over YoY. After 5 years of service, everyone receives an additional week.
