Transparency and integrity is top priority with our leadership team. Many companies say they do this. Pariveda takes it to a completely different level.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Management team is phony. They talk big and don't do what they preach.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly talented, thoughtful and optimistic. Most of our recruiting is from colleges and universities which helps us create and sustain an open/transparent culture (fewer bad habits and unproductive norms adopted from elsewhere).

What did you like most about the interview process?
My recruiter was very convincing at the time.
The review process tests candidates using consistent criteria at each level. These same criteria are applied internally when being promoted across cohort levels. This ensures a standard set of capabilities within a cohort.

I am most happy when I am challenged to do something new or to stretch a capability further. My work gives me those challenges and a great support network when I need assistance.
