I haven't interacted with other departments, but the analytics department are a fun bunch.

What can this brand most improve?

The people answering your phone used to be nice and helpful now they're very condescending and rude not just on occasion but the last several times different people I don't know what y'all have going on over there but unless you change your attitude over there I'm not gonna be back
