Very positive, high growth, supportive environment

Leadership plays performative games, doesn't support employees doing work. Culture is promoted as being strong but the reality is that employees don't have agency and in-person office culture is abysmal.

Good place to work. I have a great team of people that I work with and for. Even on the worst days they are a helpful. And caring.
