In addition to formal ERGs, we also have several Affinity Groups. Affinity Groups are employees who come together with a common interest or purpose that may not fit the definition of an ERG. We have recently introduced two such groups - Working Parents and Sober Alliance. These groups are important because they are grassroots, created by passionate employees who share their experiences and strengths.
