They are committed to the business and serving customers the right way.
That the turnover of ELT is sk frequent that good people may eventually join
Leads are always open to hearing our thoughts and considering them. Their priority is acknowledging the human nature of their workers and making sure the work/life balance stays balanced. They make us feel like we matter and we're seen.
They're great! Bringing in some amazing talent to help us continue to grow and expand as a company!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO policy is definitely the best part.
Work remotely, sabbaticals, unlimited PTO, and professional devleopment budgets.

I think it's comprehensive and unique.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a total mystery. The company's employees are their last concern.
Don't know that I feel undervalued; however, we have rapidly grown as a company so I'd like to see them leverage that as much as possible to get better insurance (at least in the US). Would also like them to actually provide real equity instead of "phantom" equity.
