Compensation is very fair in my opinion, and they offer great benefits for such a small company. They also offer bonuses quarterly which is GREAT!

Though we all work hard, Peerfit is great at understanding that people have lives to and personal things that we need to get done. They are extremely flexible, all that's required is you get your work done. We also all workout a LOT which I believe makes us all very positive people to interact with.
