As a remote team we go out of our way to connect with each other when it would be easy to go in to a silo. Additionally, having fitness as a part of out culture is inherently healthy and appreciated.

Despite being a fully remote team, I feel like we truly are a family. I felt that way from day one. There are so many different strengths and personalities within our team that mesh together and complement one another in an ideal way. I know I can reach out to my coworkers at any time for anything.

Even though our whole team is fully remote, I still feel so close and connected to all of them. Taking the time to have one on one meetings as well as large team meetings really build a strong company culture and sense of community
