Be fearless. Don't be afraid of messing up- the best way to learn is to just go for it, make mistakes and then learn from/correct the mistakes. For SDR's specifically, you have to have no fear when it comes to cold calling. Don't be timid when your peers are listening to you, they're not out to make fun of you, they're there to help and new people have to understand you're not expected to get 10 discos off the bat, that'd be awesome, but not realistic. Patience is my second piece of advice. New people need to understand it's a process as you have to learn a technology product, you have to learn the pitch and you have to learn how to combine those two and be ready for counter questions. It takes time and you can't put too much pressure on yourself right away if it's not clicking as quick as you may like. It'll all come together in time, just have to understand it will take time.
