What's the company culture like at Phenom?
The culture at Phenom is one of a kind or... #notnormal. There is no other company like it in Philly and people that work here love it.
As good as it gets. Relaxed, fun, comfortable, competitive, enthusiastic, different.

What's the internship program like at Phenom?
5-6 interns in the summer to assist with 2-4 departments.
from what it seems, really awesome. They are given work and are valued and are treated like an employee and have even gotten full-time roles after internships.
What's the work from home policy like at Phenom?
If you need to, you can. Generally can't just do it to do it though, need a reason. With that being said we do have employees that work remotely out of state/country
Its ok. Was sold as a more work from home environment, but they require you to be in the office more often then not.
How helpful was your Sales team when you were first hired at Phenom?
They're the best. Super helpful.
Is it possible to switch teams at Phenom? If so, what is the process?
Yes, you have to ask, it has to make sense, then the leaders need to approve and put a plan in place to make the switch.

What is the onboarding process like at Phenom and how long does it last?

Our onboarding process is definitely #NotNormal. We take 3 full days to train all new employees about the product and different teams through Phenom Phundamentals. It's a great way to meet leadership and your new coworkers!
Phenom Phundamentals lasts a week and it's a one of a kind experience.

We currently have a Phenom softball team! We also try to implement a company wellness challenge every summer. Other activities will vary between teams. We're always open to new ideas.
Basketball, softball, meditation, yoga, happy hours, etc...

Phenom has some great #NotNormal benefits for our employees. Some include unlimited PTO, free lunch on Friday and breakfast on Monday, and $50 a month towards a wellness activity!
I've made great friends here. Just being here is the best perk.
