
Eliminating favoritism and being more transparent with employees at all levels.
It would be better if collaboration was encouraged as opposed to everyone feeling like they are competing against each other even within the same team.
More diversity from top down. Doing away with hiring people who are exactly the same. Embracing those who are a culture add to the company.
You have to work around the clock - on weekends, flights back home, late nights. It is not a one-off situation based on the project. This is all the time, and if you don't sacrifice your time with family, you are put on a PIP.
