What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about employees and our customers. Their decisions are rooted in their values of providing an excellent culture and an environment to foster professional growth, as well as to create excellent products for our customers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Defining a vision and strategy for objectives and working towards achieving them. Reduce decision making based on impulses.
Hire professionals who know what management truly is.
Eliminating favoritism and being more transparent with employees at all levels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are ok but not exceptional
Very competitive base pay, near top of market

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You have to work around the clock - on weekends, flights back home, late nights. It is not a one-off situation based on the project. This is all the time, and if you don't sacrifice your time with family, you are put on a PIP.

Passionate individuals who are focused on business objectives and client experience.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be better if collaboration was encouraged as opposed to everyone feeling like they are competing against each other even within the same team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlimited PTO which is no longer unlimited.

More diversity from top down. Doing away with hiring people who are exactly the same. Embracing those who are a culture add to the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We take great care to vet potential employees. This results in a process that is a bit lengthy, but usually sets candidates up for success

Reduce the number of needless interviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
Love the people I work with - they are mission driven and collaborative. The problems we are tackling are hard and interetsing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve the communication channels that you provide your clients, improve Time to Resolution and overall Communication frequency.
