
This company is dominated by white men. Yes, they've given select women some token promotions. And I guess that counts for something. But I'd like to see more of an effort than that and the photographer asking the women to stand front and center in all the company photographs.
We need to keep hiring toward our mission and our values. Having those here with similar values and being bought in on what we are doing here, will keep the culture going.
I'd love for the leadership team to get realllllly good at communicating changes/transitions. This would ease a lot of side-talk and confusion for many.
