Great! Unlimited PTO! The thing is...people rarely take it. In my department, there was this unspoken pressure or feeling that we had to be seen at the office working and that we had to perform. There are some I know who haven't taken an actual vacation in years...just one off days here and there when sick. I think they would take a vacation though if it were labeled as vacation or encouraged by leadership to do so.
I love that it's unlimited, and I don't believe this prevents me from taking the time I need to rest and recover. Some people believe in that philosophy when it comes to unlimited time off, but I believe people just do that to themselves. At Pluralsight everyone is given the freedom to speak up when they need time, because it's a safe environment and isn't cut-throat.
Very good. It's unlimited PTO within reason.
