
He's super inspiring and authentic. Many are impressed with how intentional he is to catering messages to the entire Pluralsight office, and some that have been at the company much longer miss having a CEO that said "whatever came to mind" since they were small enough to make quick decisions and for the CEO to truly know his audience. I personally appreciate the effort Aaron puts into being a better and better leader for all of us at Pluralsight and believe there's balance in crafting a message and still being authentic while doing it.
Feelings are mixed. Some think Aaron can do no wrong. Some think he is fake and untrustworthy.
