I don't wonder "how I'm doing" or if I'm meeting expectations since we create clear agreements on what needs to be accomplished. I believe we have some strong leaders that are capable of radical candor, but there are a handful of people that don't experience Pluralsight the way I do based on their leader's ability to provide direct feedback.
