Straight forward, open dialogue about projects
CEO decisions and allowing the bureaucracy and personal agendas to overtake the business. Retaliation and sabotage of good employees is disgusting and disturbing.

Horrible place to work. Corporate does the exact opposite of support the plants. Corp HR thinks they are the plant manager
Incompetence starts at corporate and continues to plant management. The company treats employees as disposable objects, including their own directors and VPs are cycled through on a constant basis. No job security at any level.
