I appreciate the dedicated budget around Professional Learning, so if there's a workshop or conference I want to attend, there's already budget set aside for me each year.

I appreciated being able to talk to my future manager, future teammates, and other people at the company. I also liked that the interviews weren't hours upon hours.

My manager seems invested in me, and wants to make sure I have time to do the projects and work that bring me energy, in addition to work exclusive to my job function.
