Power Digital offers commission incentives to any team member who brings in a new client, resigns a client contract, or client upsells. In addition to commission, at the end of each quarter, Power Digital distributes a percentage of every dollar of of net profit directly to their employees.
Power Digital fosters friendly competition as a way to motivate employees to perform to the best of their ability. Each week, every employee sets three aggressive goals for themselves to achieve. At the end of the week, our entire company gathers to have a "goals showdown" and the winner gets $100.
