The best part about the comp package is that there are a ton of ways to make more than your regular pay. There is no glass ceiling as long as you are a hard worker.

performance based pay is very fair! they treat everyone well.

There are a bunch of different ways that you can get paid at PDM outside of your salary. There is no limit to your compensation as long as you are a hard worker.
