Tries to mimic a west coast atmosphere, has fun activities in the office and everyone is comfortable making jokes and socializing with one another.

Everyone comes from a different background and has different experiences so there are lots of opportunities to learn from others. Not a stringent hierarchy, very easy to feel comfortable speaking to anyone.

All of the interns get along very well, work well together and are confident branching off to complete tasks individually. There could be a bit more facilitation between the staff and interns but it is a wonderful place to work and learn about the intelligence and defense spaces, very caring company
