that is a hard one but personally the job I do I love the department I started in wasnt just coworker's it was a family but now not so much an I would say I wouldn't have got comfortable I would have done more to move in to management you with all Hope's while not have to learn but management human resources dont value employees and dont remean as unbiased as they should I would move to a position I could help the guys in the position I was In
