Overall it is a good company there are some shortcomings but it works for me

I think there’s a lot of thing we done to improve morale and mental health of the company. I’ve worked with several other aerospace companies and I have enjoyed my time working for them so much

  • It use to be the work I did it's not something many people would be able to do there was a pride I the work I did the guys and women I worked with but it has been some time sciences I felt that pride now it's more to roof over the head food on the table an a few bucks in my account it while provid for your family but everything changes even we as employees

  • that is a hard one but personally the job I do I love the department I started in wasnt just coworker's it was a family but now not so much an I would say I wouldn't have got comfortable I would have done more to move in to management you with all Hope's while not have to learn but management human resources dont value employees and dont remean as unbiased as they should I would move to a position I could help the guys in the position I was In

  • that is something I can say it's not easy in any way it is possible but unfortunately the size of the co.company slot of promotions are best on who likes you not on skills an years on the job I well say there are departments this is not the case so look around find some were to build a career an see what you can do to change the mentally they have school opportunities make management be a working boss take care of your floor guys an start the change

  • department very did you apply on line through the company website or through a temporary agency what department # are you looking in to I would day 48 hours or Monday witch ever come first given the high number of applications if they listed a email give them a friendly reminder your interested as I can see your going a little extra effort to ask on line show them that put your name freshly back out there
