What do people at PubMatic think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?

As an individual, he is smart and hard working. As a leader, it's all mess in all the departments - Engineering, HR, Sales, Business Development etc. It's been like this for years but no action has ever been taken to fix it. All decisions are very short sighted, lacks vision. Company with extreme politics and management at company knows it but don't fix it.

Rajeev is a dynamic leader, friendly and approachable. He has personally jumped in to help me wrestle a creative solution for customers on multiple occasions. I really enjoy working with him.
