This is the best so far. The organisational culture is top notch, my team mates and managers and cross functional team is the best!!! I am having so much fun here and I always wake up smiling because I actually enjoy working at Quora. I feel this was my best decision of 2021

I feel the compensation is good and accompanied with the stock option as well and also the fact that there is yearly salary review is quite interesting. As you grow in the company so does your compensation grows too

The transparency, the way they actually carry everybody along with the companies plans and goals during the 'all hands' meeting and the fact that the leadership team is always accessible. Everyone is so friendly, professional and easy going and they actually show they care about their employees

The meetings, the team support, people in the company genuinely care. The human empathy, the transparency from top to bottom. The pace at which the management handles issues regarding its employees and the product as well. Always striving to be better and the growth within the company

The weekly team meetings, we all get to meet and have a chat, even with the different time zones. The team support! everyone is happy and always ready to help and assist. The manager being there to guide and mentor you. Team collaboration. working with people that actually want to see you grow

The support I get from my manager and my team members. The trainings I get on the job. Seeing my colleagues happy and supportive . The compensation. The 1:1 meetings. The all hands and Q and A'S where we get to ask the management questions and they tell us the plans for the future is so exciting

The recruiter was so good, so so good and the fact I actually met my manager and some of guys I was going to work with during the interview process was a brilliant idea because personally it mattered to me, I needed to know and see some of my potential team members. The informal chats was also good
