Mr. Randolph L. Howard, also known as Randy, has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President since July 3, 2017 and served as Senior Vice President for the Global Gas Division at Unocal Corporation from July 2004 to September 2005. Mr. Howard served as Regional Vice President of Unocal's International Energy Operations--North ASEAN and President, Unocal Thailand from May 1999 to June 2004. Mr. Howard has over 17 years in various managerial roles of Unocal. He has been a Director at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since February 2007. Mr. Howard participated in the advanced executive program at Northwestern and holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from University of California Berkeley.

Mr. Chad Stone has been the Chief Financial Officer at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since August 2009 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Stone served as a Director at Protiviti from October 2007 to May 2009 with various regional, industry and service line leadership roles. From August 1997 to September 2007, he served as Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Stone served as a Manager at Arthur Andersen from July 1992 to August 1997. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a B.B.A degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Brad Albin has been a Vice President of Manufacturing at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since February 2008. Mr. Albin served as Vice President for REG Services LLC. Mr. Albin served as the Vice President of Construction and Technology of Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since April 2007 until February 2008. He serves as Treasurer of the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association (IRFA). He served in the same role for West Central Cooperative since June 2006. From November 2002 to January 2006, he served as Executive Director of Operations for Material Sciences Corporation, where he directed multi-plant operations for automotive and global appliance industries. He has more than 25 years of business operations and executive experience for renewable fuel, agriculture, chemical and food companies, such as The Monsanto Company, The NutraSweet Company MSC Inc., LaBatt's and Griffin. In the biodiesel industry, he has more than 14 years of experience encompassing all aspects of the industry. Specifically, he built and operated the first true multi-feedstock plant and since then has built, modified and directed operations for 13 additional biodiesel businesses. He has been a Member of Supervisory Board at Petrotec AG since December 2014. He served as Director of Western Iowa Energy, L.L.C. since June 7, 2010. He played a significant role in writing current BQ-9000 Accreditation program and was a member of the ASTM D2 Committee. Mr. Albin holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Eastern Illinois University.

Mr. David Elsenbast, also known as Dave, serves as Vice President of International Feedstock Development at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Supply Chain Management since April 2009 and served as its Vice President of Procurement since August 2006 until April 2009. Mr. Elsenbast served as the Vice President of Procurement for West Central Cooperative, one of its predecessors since April 2006. From 1990 to March 2006, Mr. Elsenbast served in various roles for Milk Specialties Company, an animal nutrition company, including Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Operations and Purchasing and General Manager. Mr. Elsenbast has over 22 years in agricultural business development, supply chain management, operations and purchasing. Mr. Elsenbast holds a B.S. in agricultural business from Iowa State University.

Mr. Gary Haer has been a Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since August 2006. Mr. Haer has over 13 years in the biodiesel industry. He served as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for West Central biodiesel efforts. He sits on the Governing Board for National Biodiesel Board. He serves as Vice-Chairman of Energy Committee for National Council of Farm Cooperatives. Mr. Haer serves as Chairman of the NBB's Governing Board and has been elected to various officer positions during his tenure from 1998 to 2011. Mr. Haer holds a M.B.A. from Baker University and a B.S. in accounting from Northwest Missouri State University.

Ms. Natalie A. Lischer Merrill has been the Chief of Staff and Vice President at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since December 2015. Ms. Merrill has been Corporate Secretary at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since April 2009. Ms. Merrill serves as Secretary and Treasurer of Blackhawk Biofuels LLC. She served as its Executive Director of Corporate Finance & Investment Banking at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. She served as Treasurer at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. since May 2009. She served as Principal Accounting Officer at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. From January 2007 to May 2009, Ms. Merrill served in various finance roles with us, including Senior Manager of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. Ms. Merrill served as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, LLP from July 2005 to January 2007. Ms. Merrill has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. She holds a M.B.A. from Washington University, a Master of Accountancy from Truman State University and a B.S. in Accounting from Truman State University. Ms. Merrill is also a licensed certified public accountant.
