Acknowledge and reward hard work and pay relative to the job.
Rewarding the people that work hard and disciplining the poor workers instead of the other way around
THEY ARE THE BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH
The customer service is excellent but i feel sorry for the staff because they get yreated like s#@# by the company managers any complaints staff have they dont they dont care they just sweep it under the carpet and do nothing about it so staff dont have much choice but to leave
Expectations in this company are high and when you go beyond the call of duty to meet them, that then becomes that standard moving forward. Giving your best is never enough and negative feedback is never taken well. The culture is very much like a cult, constantly self affirming
