Expectations in this company are high and when you go beyond the call of duty to meet them, that then becomes that standard moving forward. Giving your best is never enough and negative feedback is never taken well. The culture is very much like a cult, constantly self affirming

My direct manager is a decent person and seems to genuinely care about the people under his care but is unwilling to step outside of company expectations even when they are clearly ridiculous

THEY ARE THE BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH

The salary on offer is well below the industry standard for management positions and when a higher offer is considered, it is still on the low end while expectations and duties are much higher. The company needs to reconsider it's salary offer and manage it's expectations

My coworkers are fine. They could use more training and experience but are always so under the pump that this is difficult to achieve

The number 1 issue is better feedback needs to be offered to unsuccessful applicants and the timeframe of our recruitment process needs to be improved
