The runway for underperformers is too long! This creates a stressful and negative culture. Management needs to invest more in training and pay people fairly and equally.
Internal jobs are stressful as there is a push on increasing revenue. Management needs to ensure internal employees are being paid equally. Employees talk & nothing creates poor morale more than finding out that someone with less experience is being paid more while you are labeled as a top performer
