It's been a roller coaster. There have been some successes but at the same time failures as well. There has been consistent change fr the past 3.5 years, from re-org to leadership changes. While most employees are open to change there should be some stability as well.

  • At RGP, we are very proud of our diversity statistics. In fact, more than 60% of our U.S based employees are made of minorities and women. We believe that having a diverse population of employees that brings different perspectives and experiences only makes us better in serving our clients. We have been able to attract and identify talent that not only represents RGP well, but serves as a reflection of the diversity of our clients.

  • As a female, it's a comfortable mix of genders. I was in a project meeting with about 15 people and had 4 non-Caucasian team members. Not sure what the current US population stats are, but, I think it is a diverse group generationally and culturally.

  • I feel secure enough to stay. I anticipate at least 2-3 months downtime between projects due to timing of projects and skill set matching. The projects tend to be 1-1.5 yrs in duration which is easily planned.

  • I was recruited from LinkedIn profile. It took one month for them to start me on a project that I wanted. I could have started sooner had I been willing to take a less challenging project

  • Depends on how long you stay with them, it's based on hours billed. I have billed 6500 hours over 4 yrs and I get 3 weeks plus major holidays paid.
