It's been a roller coaster. There have been some successes but at the same time failures as well. There has been consistent change fr the past 3.5 years, from re-org to leadership changes. While most employees are open to change there should be some stability as well.

  • They are supportive of personal career goals. Understanding of the need for flexible work schedules. The clients are good and the relationships are strong. The only critique that I would offer is that the office's need to share talent across the country. I believe that they are currently working on that issue.

  • After 500 hours billed: Paid holiday's, PTO accrues depending on hours billed, 401k, ESPP, Medical in varying levels through United Health, Dental, Vision, supplemental life and disability, Mental health assistance. I pay $130 every two weeks. They company covers your insurance costs when you are not billable for up to 3 months so you don't lose coverage.
