I love what I do, and who I work with. Everyday is an adventure. Everyday is a challenge.
I get to take ownership of my work and see the impact quickly. I am excited about where we're headed as an organization and find meaning in our north star to empower all of the people who power the world.
I have worked at huge, fortune 500 companies prior to working at RigUp and the challenge/growth that I have received here has been more formative to my career than any of the other companies. I really appreciate the work that I get to do, the problems I get to solve, and the collaboration found here

What's the pay like for Product roles at RigUp?
About industry average.
Slightly below average for industry, but not bad.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from RigUp?
Various members of the engineering team. Feedback was prompt after all stages of my interview.
How much diversity is there among employees at RigUp?
Not incredibly diverse, but not the worst. Decent mix of male/female workers.
What unique perks and benefits does RigUp provide?
Nothing particularly unique, free healthcare/dental/vision is nice.
What's the vibe like in the Product dept at RigUp? How many hours are you working?
Product team has a "just get your work done" philosophy. People have the flexibility to work from home when they need to and get their stuff done. If you need to take off at 3 that is ok. I probably work 35 hrs a week, because that is what I am most productive at.
How's the leadership on the Product team at RigUp?
Leadership is good, there but not too strict and very open to ideas from the bottom up.
What's the Product team like at RigUp?
Great, product team is very collaborative, willing to help. Loose management structure means anyone can affect change, and everyones opinion matters.
