Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they listen to all. Everyone's voice is just as important as everyone else's
They are just like everyone else. No false pretenses.
They approach problems with agile, strategic, flexible execution.
I think that they are very flexible and forward-thinking. I really do trust our management team to keep setting tough goals, striving towards them, and meeting them.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fully paid Health and amazing 401k match with immediate vesting
You can't beat fully paid insurance with an option to purchase supplemental insurance. We also have other great commuting benefits, unlimited PTO, and a $2000 vacation stipend
Benefits and perks including beautiful office and organized socials
Being able to work where I want, and to have unlimited paid time off. This allows me to be an adult, and take care of things, and even work in other locations in order to keep a good work/life balance.
The ability to work from home or simply take off if needed without a hassle

no way to know how to improve it, no defined levels or incentives
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together, brainstorm together and get things done together. We are a team and no one is more important than anyone else
True collaboration and perspective that takes into account the ideas and opinions of everyone
They are flexible and willing to help out and step in wherever
We work together. We help each other out. At any time someone is willing to drop other things to support someone else.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy to be here, and are dedicated to the mission.
The decision making framework of the organization is treating everyone with respect, leaving our egos at the door, and a fast-moving bias to action as a team.
We are charging together towards our lofty goals all the while attacking the challenges that we face. I love it here!

What did you like most about the interview process?
They took the time to get to know me.
It was fast-moving with constant, transparent communication throughout the process.
How intentional the team was to touch base with me and make sure that I knew how important that I was to them!
Case study and the time spent to ensure I would be a good fit, and that I knew many of my coworkers prior to joining the team.
