How employees describe working at RigUp

I work hard with a group of amazing individuals and we are always looking at ways to move the needle up and to the right

I love what I do, and who I work with. Everyday is an adventure. Everyday is a challenge.

I get to take ownership of my work and see the impact quickly. I am excited about where we're headed as an organization and find meaning in our north star to empower all of the people who power the world.

I have worked at huge, fortune 500 companies prior to working at RigUp and the challenge/growth that I have received here has been more formative to my career than any of the other companies. I really appreciate the work that I get to do, the problems I get to solve, and the collaboration found here

Still rapidly growing , start up

Asked to the Product Department at RigUp

  • Product team has a "just get your work done" philosophy. People have the flexibility to work from home when they need to and get their stuff done. If you need to take off at 3 that is ok. I probably work 35 hrs a week, because that is what I am most productive at.
