The team all has one main purpose, which is to provide delight in any way we can. The tasks are evenly distributed. Team members are supportive and respectful. Always helping each other and appreciating each member.
From day one, management and CEO have portrayed themselves with delight and always in a positive manner with great appreciation to all employees. Respect and friendly behavior is a norm here. Transparency and human equality are two other terms I would use in enunciate my opinion.
I am a temp employee and not on the same plan as permanent employees. As a customer support person I would prefer to be paid equally as the retail support side; often support is support and it should be compensated equally. It's unfortunate, but I am grateful to be here. I love my job.
