As an intern, especially working during a school semester, any sort of compensation is both rewarding and unexpected. Additionally, to receive access to sick leave acts as a generous safety net that I believe few others in a role similar to mine would have.

I definitely feel undervalued. I have a lot of knowledge and help most all departments here but I don't feel respected by the executive team.

I am a temp employee and not on the same plan as permanent employees. As a customer support person I would prefer to be paid equally as the retail support side; often support is support and it should be compensated equally. It's unfortunate, but I am grateful to be here. I love my job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Rosie definitely has an inclusive culture.

People understand that nothing gets done by individuals. Only by teamwork are we able to accomplish our goals.

The sentiment of support and encouragement, simultaneously complimented by a pursuit of excellence and productivity.

There is a sense that we care more about each other's health and happiness than the bottom line, and that we want to do things the right way, even if it's not the fastest way
