great team members on faculty. campus president and deans are friendly and go out of their way to make themselves available to staff
having the opportunity to mold and shape the future of the profession for which I teach and then to see those students success in the classroom and in the field
Compensation should be appropriate to what the market is to what we are training students for. ie instructor with 5+ years experience making $30/hr to train students to go into the field with a starting wage of $45/hr for grads is a bit upside down and makes it hard to retain/recruit good faculty
