I believe SJVC is a great company to work for. I feel like most of the time they try to give you the tools to do your best. I feel like most people here try to positively contribute to the overall performance of the company through consistency and hard work.

I feel like I'm asked for a lot in my position and feel like I do contribute to achieving a shared goal that is set for our team and I'm not getting paid as much as I deserve.
