I love the hands on teaching and seeing the "ah ha" moment for students. I have seen this company change students lives and I believe we are doing good for the community.

Communication. The communication between instructors and leadership is great. I know that if I need them or concerning a student I can contact them and they will get back to be very quickly.

As a person that holds a teaching cert and degree, the pay would be higher. They should compensate for extra degrees or certifications that I hold. It is not competitive with other post secondary institutions.
