My immediate leadership tries to put their best foot forward. It's not an easy role to be in, and they have a lot to oversee.
I am a program director and I am currently making the same amount of money as the staff I oversee. Basically, there is NO incentive for me to stay in this position. I feel I pay way to much money for mediocre benefits. I use my husband's KP benefits instead.
