I feel like the only thing that is severely lacking is the healthcare package. It is extremely expensive compared to previous companies that I have worked for. I am also paying more than double in health insurance costs because I can no longer carry my spouse and we now have to carry two plans.

Really like my job and the people I work with. Our boss is great and does not micromanage you every second of the day. By far the best company I have ever worked for.
