
I wish the executives and upper management realized the amount of time and detail it takes to get tasks done with systems that are extremely outdated and manual.
we all work to help each other to try to get through the many tasks and heavy load that we are all carrying. The work load and size of our team doesn't balance.
I love the team that I work with as we are all striving for the same goal to get our work completed in a timely manner, with accuracy, and help each other get through our extremely manual heavy workload.
Focus on upgrading systems I thought would be a priority but don't seem to be. Certain areas need training on what needs to be provided in order for my team to avoid the constant, repetitive requests and questions we have to ask to then wait for responses in order for us to complete our job.
